Freaky images - 24/09/2015

Image 1
In my first image I made I had a old tatted background and a guy in a suit looking downwards. it took a couple of minutes just getting a person to fit the image correctly, most pictures of people are happy and are usually smiling in the images so it doesn't fit the image correctly. Even though I already know quite a lot about Photoshop I have learned something today, I have learned how to desaturate a image and basically make the image black and white.

Image 2
In this image I have used a jungle background and a guy in a suit looking towards the camera, the person in the image didn't make much sense due to him being in a suit in the middle of no where. to make this image better I would change the person for a camper or a hiker (something to fit the background better). Even though the person did not fit the image, I like the effect of him being there, you take a first look and you don't notice it but then take a second look then you notice the guy there in the background.

Image 3
In this image I have used a caste type background with a knight at the font of the image, these images fit well together because they are similar to each other and are located in the same time zone therefore making the picture have a backstory. This image is a fairly dull, dead type of look like  the life has been sucked out of the image, this adds to the ghostly effect because there is no bright colours or vibrant lights coming from anywhere making it look depressing and unusual.

Freaky poster
I followed the instructions that Owain gave us on moodle but I decided to create the banner differently from what he did, instead of using the anchor tool I used the warp tool to create the dented areas. I also used the luminosity blending option to merge the image into the background of the poster therefore making the background more interesting and it makes the viewers eyes attract towards the poster. I then added 2 different images with different blending options added to also merge that into the background of the poster to make more room for the text. I have learned how to make a banner today using tools I already know how to use.
