Silky Smooth Butter label

I have used many tools and techniques while making my label some of these are:

• layer mask
• blending options
• gradient overlay
• colour overlay
• inner glow
• rectangular marquee
• magic wand tool
• pen tool
• and a few more.

These tools helped me to create a simple but effective label for my product (Silky Smooth Butter).

My product label isn't very freaky but may be unique, the main thing about my product that is freaky is the advert coming with it.

When I finished my design firstly I forgot to add nutritional information, a bar-code and a price tag so I had to go back to editing the image and add all of these features to actually make it look like a product label.

I think this design is successful because:

I did what I said I was going to do, I added professional looking text and a less eye attracting background so people will read the name and remember it.

I also added bright and vibrant colours to attract more people to look at it and buy the product.

I have also added all the information needed on the front of the product so people can think if they want it or not.
